Obituary for Phyllis Carol Threlkeld
Mrs. Phyllis Carol Threlkeld passed away on February 20, 2023. She was born in LaGrange on November 19, 1948 to Janice Willeen Duke and the late Andrew Jackson Short. In addition to her father, Mrs. Threlkeld is preceded in death by her siblings, Debra Pazderski, Ricky Lonitz, Sr., Michael Short, and Wayne Short.
Mrs. Phyllis Carol Threlkeld is survived by her children, Kim Ellis (George), Alana Threlkeld, Timothy Lee Lowe, Jr. (Pamela), and Meghan Lowe; her siblings, Dodie Matthews, Jeanne Lonitz, Brittany Kondor (Shayne), Gene Short (Teresa), and Cathy Short (Jerry); her grandchildren, Michael Espinosa (Jamie), Nikki Trettel, Honi Carson, Katie, Shelby, Jeremy, Lily, Gabe, and Jackson; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Chase, Prince, Hailoh, Malekhi, and Manu; her numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter-Allen-Myhand on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until service time on Saturday. The committal service will directly follow the funeral and will be held at Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange.
