Obituary for Phillip Wayne Godfrey
Mr. Phillip Wayne Godfrey, of LaGrange, passed away on November 30, 2022. He was born in California on March 5, 1970 to the late James Mikell Godfrey and Gwen Smith McCauley. In addition to his parents, Mr. Godfrey is preceded in death by is brother, Dennis Godfrey.
Mr. Godfrey is survived by his siblings, Carla Anderson (Richard), Mark Godfrey, James Godfrey, Timothy Godfrey (Jana), Candice Godfrey (Chris), and Krysta Fuller (Ben); his step-mother, Sandra Godfrey Seegar; his nieces and nephews, Brian James Godfrey, Cheríe Nutt (E.J.), and Joshua James Godfrey; his many other cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 6:00 PM at The Upper Room Church, 3640 55th street west, Valley Alabama 36854. Pastor Bogey Cotney will officiate the service.
