Obituary for Patricia “Patsy” Timmons Futrelle
Mrs. Patricia “Patsy” Timmons Futrelle, passed away on April 9, 2023 in LaGrange, Georgia. She was born in Buckhead, Georgia on March 22, 1947 to the late Russell Timmons, Sr. and Mildred Mathieson Timmons. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Futrelle is preceded in death by her husband Mike Futrelle, and her brothers, Russell Timmons, Jr. and George Timmons.
Miss Patsy, also known as Gibby, was greatly loved by many and loved them all in return. In her youth she was an accomplished equestrian. She also enjoyed gardening, crafts, and traveling with her family. She could also make a mean White Russian or a calming cup of tea.
Mrs. Futrelle is survived by her son, Clayton Futrelle, son-in-law Michael Tyler; her daughter, Mindy Futrelle Kelly, son-in-law Charles Kelly; and her grandchildren, Lark Kelly and Brodie Kelly.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday April 15th at 1:00pm at St. Peter’s Catholic Church located at 200 Lafayette Parkway in LaGrange, GA 30241.
