Obituary for Mary Alice Robbins-Smith
Mrs. Mary Alice Dill Robbins-Smith, age 90, passed away on February 26, 2023. Mrs. Smith was born on April 29, 1932 in Sperry, Iowa to the late Jesse Merle Dill and Melinda Haucher Dill. She took great pride in caring for the needs of her large family, and will be greatly missed by all. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Robbins, Sr. and children, Donald Robbins, Jr., John Robbins and Joanne Robbins.
Survivors include her children, Linda Noles, Edward Robbins (Beth), Billy Ray Robbins (Joanne), Martha Robbins-Hockinson (Fred), Martin Robbins, Paula Robbins-Shelnutt and Sheila Dean (Tony); thirteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to caring for her large family, she enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling to the mountains and collecting Native American memorabilia. Family memorial services will be held.
