Obituary for Jimmie Wayne Kyzer
Mr. Jimmie Wayne Kyzer, of LaGrange, passed away on February 22, 2023. He was born in Pelion, South Carolina on November 29, 1952 to the late Christian and Blanch Kyzer. In addition to his parents, Mr. Kyzer is preceded in death by his spouse, JoLene Roye Kyzer; his siblings, Carroll Kyzer, Harold Kyzer, Mary Elizabeth Prine, and Billy Jo Kyzer. Mr. Kyzer served our country with honor in the United States Army. Following his time in the service, Mr. Kyzer had a successful career with NOK Sealing Technologies in LaGrange, where he worked for over 30 years, until his retirement.
Mr. Jimmie Wayne Kyzer is survived by his children, Annette Simmons (Tim), Tammy Cantrell (Sean), Terry Karr (Donna), and T.J. Kyzer; his siblings, L.H. Kyzer, Shirley Childers, and Jerry Kyzer; his grandchildren, Leigh Skipper (Justin), Chase Simmons, Brett Simmons (Courtney), and Jillian Simmons, Matthew Karr (Brittany), Nicole Karr, Maegan Ledford (Matthew), Dustin Cantrell (Brittany), Chelsea Foster (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Alivia, E.J., Karissa, Bryson, Rylan, Jace, Gavin, Fallyn, and Lylin. The graveside funeral service will be held at Restlawn Memory Gardens in LaGrange on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the cemetery from 1:00 PM until service time on Monday. Following the funeral, the family invites guest to visit with them at 110 Lakemont Court, LaGrange GA 30240.
