Mr. Harold Charles Thomas, passed away on January 25, 2023. He was born in LaGrange on August 27, 1946 to the late Ezra Thomas and Thelma Folds. In addition to his parents, Mr. Thomas is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Thrower Thomas and a number of his siblings. Mr. Thomas served our country with honor in the United States Army. Following his years of service, Mr. Thomas had a career as a truck driver and raised his family with his wife, Shirley.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his children, John Thomas, Daphne Thomas, and Luke Thomas; his brother, Argle Thomas (Debra); his grandchildren, Chastity Moat (Jamie), Cheyanne Jones (Tyler), Kaylee May, Dylan Hattemer; his great grandchildren, Abbi Moat, Trey Moat, River Jones, and Jax Jones. Please keep the family in your thoughts an prayers as they make their way through this very challenging time.

The family will receive friends at Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter-Allen-Myhand from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 29, 2023. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Mike Hornsby will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens.
