Ms. Angela Hope Akins, age 33, of Roanoke, Alabama, passed away on May 16, 2023. Ms. Akins was born on October 25, 1989 in LaGrange. Survivors include her son, Andrew Akins; mother, Charlotte Akins Sprayberry (Donald Brown); father, Jimmy Rodger, Jr.; step-children, Wismar Villatoro, Eduardo Villatoro, Eliber Villatoro, Clisman Vallatoro, and Kimberly Martinez; brothers, Chris Brown, Matt Brown, Bradley Akins (Pam) and C.J. Rodgers; sisters, Krystal Rodgers (Davey), Melissa Rodgers, Melinda Akins (Jonathan), Sarah Smith (Ronnie), Ashley Brown, Tiffany Rodgers (Tommy), and Shelia Rodgers; little sister and God-daughter, Rachel Morgan Akins; grandchild, Angelita Villatoro; grandparents, Calvin Jimmy Rodgers, Sr. and Diane Rodgers, Junebug Akins; fiancé, Noelio Villatoro; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
